How it Works:

  1. Fill out the form below with information on your campus, shirt style, and estimated shirt quantity.

  2. Get entered into the raffle to win a SEEK admission ticket! ( Donated to your FOCUS Campus Donate Portal)

  3. Submit the form by August 28th to get 2 Raffle Tickets for a SEEK Admission Ticket.

  4. For every 3rd campus entered, 1 SEEK admission is raffled off.

  5. Who else is ordering shirts for SEEK? SEND THEM HERE! We aspire to send more students to SEEK every year!
